A unique inn with only private reservable springs. Offering 18 directly sourced open-air hot springs and four indoor baths. No separate fees or reservations required. Baths open 24 hours a day.
This is Ryudo's standard plan for one night with two meals. A hot spring inn with 22 rooms, located at the source of the Tone River. Each building is independent, with a detached annex, east building, west building, and south building. (Each building has a maximum of 6 rooms, two floors, no elevator) It has its own hot spring source and is equipped with 18 types of private open-air baths. Private bathing is the basic style, and no reservations or additional fees are required for private use. The large open-air bath can also be used privately, making it a true hot spring paradise! There is a stamp rally held in the building, and if you complete it all, you will receive a commemorative gift! Meals are served in a "private room" in the dining area. Dinner is a seasonal kaiseki meal carefully selected by the head chef. The main dish is "Joushu beef" from the local Gunma prefecture. Breakfast is a Japanese meal typical of a hot spring inn. Check-out is at 11:00. Although it is in the same "Minakami area", the surrounding area is even more tranquil and natural, far from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy an extraordinary bathing experience while listening to the murmuring of the river and the sound of the wind rustling the leaves. The northernmost hot spring in Gunma is sure to be a wonderful "refreshment," "hot spring immersion," and "memory"♪ ■Meals [Dinner] Seasonal "kaiseki cuisine" carefully selected by the head chef An example of the menu <Appetizer> Kogoi with sesame dressing Bamboo shoots with kinome miso dressing Paprika riyona Butterbur vinegar miso <Small bowl> Rape blossoms with white dressing <Sashimi> Salmon and 3 other dishes <Grilled dish> Yuan-yaki Spanish mackerel <Fried dish> Seasonal tempura platter <Stewed dish> Shirasu chawanmushi <Daimono> Joshu beef teppanyaki <Rice dish> Locally produced Koshihikari rice Clear soup Pickles <Dessert> Seasonal dessert *The menu is subject to change depending on the season, supplies, etc. [Breakfast] A Japanese meal that can only be found at a hot spring inn ■Dining area (1st floor of the South Wing) A private room in the dining area ■Bath All 18 types of open-air baths are for private use.
