This is a room-only plan. 'Tomonya-an' is a traditional Japanese house quietly standing amidst the scenery, surrounded by cats from the adjacent rescue cat shelter. The sea-facing corridor of the room is entirely made of glass doors, offering a panoramic view of Tomo's port and townscape. In the study, you'll find the desk and chair used by director Hayao Miyazaki during his stay in Tomo while working on the production of 'Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea.' Enjoy reading, brainstorming ideas for work, or simply relaxing with the cats in a space where time flows differently from everyday life. The room includes an entryway, dining kitchen, a 6-tatami mat Japanese-style room (bedroom), and a 3-tatami mat Japanese-style room (study).Additionally, there are recently renovated restroom, washroom, and shower facilities.The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, tableware, and basic cooking tools for your convenience. > Dinner Information This is a room-only plan.If you wish to have dinner, you can make a reservation for the 'Seto Inland Sea Seasonal Dinner Course' at our affiliated restaurant 'Ofunayado Iroha.'We offer a special dining experience with a course of approximately 11 dishes. Time: Starts at 6:00 PM, Opens at 5:45 PM Capacity: 3 tables, 2 persons per group Reservation: Advance booking required at least 5 days prior Price: 13,200 yen per person (excluding drinks) Important Notes Start time cannot be changed, so please be punctual.
