まさか、化粧品のアメニティがないなんて。持ち合わせがなく、フロントに問い合わせたところ、お持ちしますとのこと。先にチェックインしていた夫に、アメニティがいるかどうか聞かれた？と確認しましたが、そんなこともなく。確かに後で部屋の備品の記載を確認したら、記載がなかったので仕方ないですが、まさかシェラトンで(泣)。なんだかがっかり。その他の点では、さすがシェラトンでしただけに。。。

お部屋が広く、とてものんびりできました。今回は素泊まりプランでしたが、チェックイン当日でも朝食追加の希望を聞いてもらえそうだったので、また次回悩んだらお願いしたいなと思いました。

昨年4月に楽天トラベル経由でMarriott Bonvoy会員になり、今年も対象プランで一泊しました。 昨年は楽天トラベル経由でもBonvoyアプリに予約が反映され、モバイルによるアーリーチェックインができたのですが、今年はいつまで経っても予約が反映されず(＝チャットもできない)結局フロントで申し出るも却下、アーリーチェックインできずに終わりました。 アーリー前提で出先でランニングしてからの広島入りだったので、汗だくのまま狭い更衣室でカープ応援スタイルに着替えるのは苦痛以外の何物でもなかったです。 ※もちろんアカウントは有効化済(昨年の宿泊実績がある)。 仕様が変わったのならそう発表してほしかった。 この件について事前に、メールで問い合わせても無反応。 インスタのメッセージを送っても無反応。 問い合わせフォームもないし、世の中には電話嫌いの人間もいることを考慮していただきたいです。 それ以外は大満足だけに残念。 次回はポイントに釣られずBonvoyアプリから予約しますわ
