値段、朝食、天然温泉など、どれも大満足でしたが、受け付けにとても時間がかかり長蛇の列ができていたところだけは少し残念でした。 スムーズにチェックインできるシムテムがあると尚いいなと思いました。 とてもいいホテルでした。

本館の最近リニューアルされたという部屋は、清潔感があり、ベッドも寝心地が良く、何よりも釧路川、幣舞橋、花時計が見える眺望が最高でした。唯一の不満は入口ドアの建付けが良くなかったことですが、減点するほどのものではありません。 大浴場は、階段を昇ったり降りたりするのが面倒でしたが、十分な広さと清潔感があり、まずは文句なしでした。 朝食もバラエティ豊かで、きんぴらゴボウのゴボウが細切れだったり、豚汁がしょうゆ仕立てだったりと、多少の不満はあったものの、美味しく頂きました。２連泊でしたが、メニューが同一ではなく、ホテルの配慮が感じられました。 総じて非常にコスパに優れたホテルで、有名高級ホテルに負けないステイを楽しむことができました。
