新潟からフェリーに乗って、小樽から直接来たモデル、チェックイン時間より随分早く到着してしまいましたが、フロントの台湾出身の女性が快く入れて下さいました。また電子クーポンのやり方など親切丁寧に説明して頂き大変助かりました。大浴場も食事もとても満足しました。

ゴールデンウィーク中に宿泊しました。残り一部屋だったのですが、湖側で景色もよく、大浴場の下の階だったので風呂に行く時のエレベーターの混雑もなく良かったです。食事は種類もたくさんあって満足。ただ、夜中にいきなり客室トイレの水が流れたり止まったり…怪奇現象かと思いましたが、水を流すレバーが壊れてただけだったようです。

５月４日に宿泊しました。 ゴールデンウィーク中ということもあり、大賑わいでした。 素晴らしかったのは、屋上の露天プールと、驚くほどのビュッフェのメニューの豊富さです。 ホテルの名前の通り理想郷を体現したホテルです。また、泊まりたいです。
