Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 14/5/2023歴史ある老舗温泉旅館に、結婚周年記念としてお世話になりました。 スタッフの方々には、皆さんとても親切に対応していただきました。施設内も大変綺麗で、気持ち良く過ごすことができました。 夕食・朝食共に大満足でした。記念日プランということで、ケーキとフルーツの盛り合わせをいただきましたが、食べきれず…お部屋に持って帰り、次の日の出発前に完食させていただきました。本当にありがとうございました。 季節を変えて、再度伺いたいと思います。

2歳のこどもと初めての旅行でした。スタッフさん達がフレンドリーで過ごしやすかったです。家族風呂について説明がなく、お部屋にあるご案内にも書かれていないため、予約なしで入浴してしまいました。。その際は威圧的になんだか冷たくあしらわれました、、こちらの落ち度になり謝罪しましたが、残念な気持ちになりました。

始めて登別温泉を訪れました。 温泉は最高でした。 食事も美味しく大満足です。

5月4日にお世話になりました。大分速く付き車を停めてから散策しながら最後の北海道旅行を満喫してホテルに入るなりフロントでのおもてなしがとても良くしていただきました。 お風呂もゆっくり入りお食事処もゆったりしていてとてもよかったです。料理も美味しく頂きました。 ゆっくり最後の北海道旅行が過ごせるホテルでした。ありがとうございます。
