Japan|Age: 40s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 23/1/2023初めて宿泊しました。お部屋のお風呂がとても良く窓から海が一望でき 天候が刻一刻と変わる様子も見ていて飽きませんでした。 お部屋もとても暖かく20℃設定でしたが暑いくらいでした。 夕食も直前に冷蔵庫が冷えていなく交換してくださいましたが その後レストランへ行くと受付の方や担当の方が 冷蔵庫の不具合のことを把握しておりお詫びのお言葉や サービスしていただいたりとスタッフ間の連携がしっかりと取れていることに 感心いたしました。夕食を担当してくださった女性のスタッフの方も 行き届いたサービスをしてくださり感謝しています。 施設は新しくありませんが客室のお風呂とスタッフのサービスの高さに 大変満足な宿泊となりまたぜひ伺いたいホテルとなりました。 ありがとうございました！

とにかく部屋付きのお風呂がが気持ちよかったです。 ただ、毎年お世話になっていますが、子供向けの料理がいつも同じメニューなので、そこだけ改善を求めます。大人の食事は満足です。

結婚する前から何度か宿泊していました。 今回は子どもが生まれてから初めての利用です。 お部屋のお風呂へ熱すぎて子どもたちが嫌がってしまいました。 未就学児二人を連れてホテル内のレストランで夕食を食べるのはかなり不安だったので(騒がしくして迷惑をかけそう、フルコースにかかる時間を考えると子どもたちが飽きてしまうなどなど)、小樽駅前で夕食を済ませました。 8時ごろホテルに戻ってきましたが、水族館からホテルへの坂道が凍結していて滑って登っていけない車が数台あり、ホテルの車に先導してもらって別ルートから無事ホテルに戻ることができました。 お部屋については、広いベッドのほかに小上がりに布団を二組敷いてもらってゆっくり眠れました。 ただベッド横のライトに埃がすごく溜まっていて、つまみを回さないと灯りが消せないのですが、埃が気になって少し残念でした。 朝食については、以前は和食と洋食が選べたと思いますが今回はお正月メニューでおせちプレートでかなり残念でした。 下の子には食事なしにして取り分けるつもりだったのですが、普段食べなれないおせちだったので食べたがらず大変困りました。 また取り分け用のお皿やフォークなども特に用意されず、飲み物やサラダなどのミニビュッフェのところにもフルーツなど食べられそうなものが無く、大変残念でした。 上の子はよく食べるので食事ありにしましたが、お雑煮のおもちが子ども用にしては大きめで、しかもおもち同士がくっついてしまっていたので、喉詰まりしないかハラハラしました。 自宅ならハサミなどで切って与えたいレベルでした。 朝食でこんな感じだったので、やっぱり夕食は外に出てよかったと思いました。 また、チェックイン前に小樽水族館に寄ったのですが、ホテルに割引券があったようです。 これから行かれる方は、ホテルに問い合わせてから水族館に行くと良いかもしれません。

ホテルスタッフの皆様は、大変感じが良く申し分ありませんでした。お部屋のメンテナンが残念でした例えばレースのカーテンが酷く汚い、小上がりのジュータンが酷く汚い、床やベッドの軋み音が酷い等ハード面の劣化が救いようがなくサービスが良いだけに残念です。

客室露天風呂とディナーのフルコースがすごく良くて感動しました。 しかし、ベッドに髪の毛があったり、ポットの中にお水が入ってたり（もし元から入れてくれるサービスなら衛生面的に…と思いまして）、客室露天風呂のところに蜘蛛がいたりと「うーん」って思うところがありました。 また、ディナーではアレルギーを聞いてくれましたが朝食ではアレルギーの有無を聞かれることがなく食べれない料理があったりしました。 こちらから言えばよかったのかもしれませんが…。 改善されるようであればまた泊まりに行きたいホテルでした。

全国旅行支援を使って宿泊。 オーシャンビューと部屋の露天風呂に魅力を感じて前から泊まってみたかったのですが、 夜は小樽駅付近で食事とビールを買って、部屋の露天風呂に入ってはビールでノンビリ過ごし 朝は朝日を眺めながらの入浴。 朝食も美味しい上にボリュームがあり、ドリンク類も種類が多くて申し分ありません。 部屋自体は若干古めですが、それを差し引いても大満足な宿泊でした
