Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 24/3/2023小樽のふる川さんには何度もお世話になりスタッフさんのホスピタリティに満足していたので今回は定山渓のふる川さんに宿泊させて頂きました。 こちらのふる川さんは小樽のふる川さんと比べてもホスピタリティで劣る事もなく、寧ろ部屋やお風呂等の施設面においては上に感じました。 またサービスも月星に泊まったのでラウンジでのアルコールの提供等とても満足です。 朝夕の食事も大変美味しく食べ過ぎてしまいました。 次回また札幌に訪れた際には宿泊したいと思うホテルでした。

とても良いホテルだよと聞いていたので、泊まるのをとても楽しみにしていました。噂通りにスタッフの皆さんの対応がすばらしく、快適に過ごすことができました。 夕食は丁寧に作られた料理でたいへん美味しくゆったりとした気持ちでいただきました。朝食も美味しかったです。 温泉は水素風呂が心地よかったです。 ぜひまた宿泊したいです。

ペットと宿泊プランでしたが、部屋に動物臭もなく清潔感がありました。部屋風呂も多少の古さは感じましたが不潔ではありません。ただ食事は普通というか、あまり印象に残りませんでした。味付けもぱっとしない感じでした。 部屋、温泉、サービス面は良いのでまた泊まりたいです。

お部屋は綺麗であまりレトロな感じはしませんでした。 食事も美味しく、大満足でした。 大型犬も宿泊出来ると聞いたので、今度は一緒に連れて行こうかと思います。

3月3日に夫婦で宿泊しました。 部屋、食事、温泉(大浴場)、サービスとも、いつも通り大変満足いたしました。 ただひとつ残念だったのは、貸切風呂の湯温が低かったことです。
