サービス、食事、スタッフ、共に大満足でした。ただ上の部屋の客がずっとドンドン大きな音を立てており、マナーが気になりました。そこだけが残念です。

3月8日に宿泊しました。 アイスビレッジがやってなかったのが残念でしたが、温泉や雲海ゴンドラ等があり、お店も色々あったので楽しめました。
