夕食、朝食共に大変美味しかったです。デザートの果物やケーキも大変美味しく大満足でした。ただ、団体さんがいて男風呂は、お風呂の中でのおしゃべりがうるさかった。モラルの問題ですが、そこが残念でした。

浴場フロア付近の館内を錦鯉が泳いでいて人に懐いてるので近くに寄ってくる。三の浴場は開放感があってゆったり出来る。 食事はバイキング形式で、大変美味しく頂きました。

どのスタッフもホスピタリティが高く、何より笑顔で小さい子供に対しても対応してくれたことが嬉しかったです。 家族3人で初めて旅行した所が、有馬温泉で良かったと思い出に残るものになりました。

有馬温泉が好きで、何度か訪れていますがこちらの旅館は初めてでした。 ブッフェが良いという口コミを見たので、朝も夜もブッフェに。 期待通り、どれも美味しく頂きました。夜の炊き込みご飯とステーキが特に美味しかったです。 残念なのは、レモン酎ハイ的なものを頼んだのですが、高いのに全然美味しくなかったです。。。 お部屋は、古いですが清掃がいき届いています。 トイレの床や洗面などが昔のスタイルなので、もう少しなんとかして欲しいです。 温泉は、とても素晴らしいですね。一の湯、二の湯、三の湯全て堪能しました。 タオル類は全て浴場にあるので有難いです。 一の湯、二の湯に関しては、常に清掃される方がとても丁寧に清掃されていて、感心しました。 3世代などでゆっくり過ごすには、ぴったりだと思います。
