父の退職祝いで両親が宿泊しました。事前に色々とご相談に乗って頂いた上に、お部屋にはメッセージカード等も置いてあり、とても喜んでいました。 フロントの方々からも、お祝いの声を掛けて頂いたと聞きました。 心のこもった対応をして頂き感謝です。 本当に、ありがとうございました。

綺麗なお部屋で大満足です！ 朝食も、いろんな種類があって、美味しかったです。レストランだけの利用も、またしたいです。

とても良かったです。ポートライナーへ乗車する駅に繋がっているし、朝食付きにしていましたが料理も美味しかったです。屋上テラスの予約をしていましたが天候によりキャンセルとなったことが残念でした。 機会があればまた宿泊したいです。
