Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 27/9/2023お部屋もお料理も温泉も最高でした。特にお料理では、とうもろこしとズッキ－ニのス－プがとてもおいしかったです。とってもクリ－ミ-で、やさしい味で絶品でした。いつも宿泊するたびに、今回はどんなス－プがでてくるのか楽しみにしています。また食事の最後にでてくるデザ－トはとってもかわいくて、おいしいしので、つい写真をとってしまいました。 そして、スタッフの方々の気配り、心遣いのおかげでリラックスして過ごすことができました。本当にありがとうございました。

食事のパフォーマンスが良かった！スタッフは感じ良い。 サービスも良い。 ホテルまでの 車で通る道が途中狭いのが 箱根湯本の難点。

箱根で是非宿泊したかったホテルです。しかも50%OFF、お料理グレードアッププランで大満足です。ただ夕飯の時間が到着順のため、二部になり7時45分からだったので、2度目にお世話になる際は早めに到着したいと思います。お世話になりました。

箱根、熱海の評価高めの宿を中心に数十件行き、4.6近いマイユクールに初めて行きました。 結果、期待しすぎていたな。というのが率直な感想です。接客というより、淡々と業務をこなす受付。このホテル一番人気の前菜は本当に味が普通、せっかくだからパイ生地はサクッとさせたり、味のインパクトを変えたりしてほしい。まさか白いパンを丸く切って上にシャインマスカット半分乗せた物を出されるとは思わなかった。何も印象に残らない品数だけは多い前菜。映えだけ意識して中身がない。スープも普通、メインは不安だったのでサーロインにチェンジして正解でした。デザートは可愛く、アフタヌーンティー形式は女性には嬉しい。 朝食はビジネスホテルの朝食を少し良くして、物足りない部分を出来立ての天ぷらで補ってる感じ。朝のコーヒーって楽しみじゃないですか？もう少し特別感がほしい。お風呂は想像通り小さいです。池？と思うほど。アメニティを選べるのはいいですが、部屋には化粧水すらない。20代女性がここで大満足するならわかるが、同じ値段出すならもう少し違うホテルがよかったかな。特に舌の肥えた人にはまず勧めない。 いい点は、朝のレストラン担当が笑顔でちゃんとホテルマンらしい接客があったこと。

リピーターですが、毎回とても素晴らしいホスピタリティーで快適に過ごすことができます。お風呂も施設が混んでいる時でも、あまり混まずにくつろげます。食事は毎回楽しみですが、お腹いっぱいになります。お部屋にもいろいろおやつが用意してあって楽しみです。特にウェルカムドリンクのビネガードリンクが大好きです。次回は母を一緒に連れて行く予定です。

- ・During breakfast, the food lane at the buffet venue is air-conditioned and ventilated, but since it is a small room, we ask everyone to wear a mask. We are very sorry for children who cannot wear a mask or customers who do not like it, but please wait at your seat and have your companion eat and enjoy it. ・We kindly ask that you refrain from carrying infants on their backs or carrying them into the food lanes at the Bitsfe venue, as there is a risk that your child's feet will hit the displayed food.

Notice from property
1. Accommodation charges include service charges and consumption tax. In addition to the displayed fee, a separate bathing tax of 150 yen will be charged for adults only.
10. A cancellation fee will be charged if public transportation is in operation or roads are passable due to bad weather such as typhoons.
2. Breakfast is served as a buffet. We divide the time into 5 parts between 7:00 and 8:50.
3. The final time for dinner is 8:30 pm. Please note that if you arrive after 8:30pm, we may refuse to serve you dinner.
