受付の方の対応が親切丁寧で良かったです。ホテル周辺にお店があまりないのが少しマイナスです。（ホテルで食事される方なら問題ないと思います。）

高知には何度も出張に行ってますか、初めて利用させて頂きました。 駅から遠いいと思い利用してませんでしたが、意外と近くもっと早くから利用すれば良かったと後悔しました。 さすがJAL系のホテルであり朝食も含め満足でしたたが、近いうちに星のやの経営になるとの事でビジネスで利用するには高すぎ為、残念です。

残念ながら、お風呂のアメニティにビックリ！！エコとはいえ、全身洗浄のソープのみしかなくせめてヘアとボディは別にしてほしいです。 あまりこんな事は経験がなくとにかくビックリしました。
