    スタッフの方々の対応は丁寧でした。 朝食がどれも美味しかったです。 女性用の大浴場は洗い場が2つとシャワーが1つなので、混んでいると使用出来ません。 全体的に綺麗に清掃されてます。 利用して良かったです。

    写真を見る限り、古い建物かと思ったら、逆にまだ新しく、全体的に綺麗で清潔感がありました。駅からわりと近く、フロントの方々が大変感じが良く、大浴場も気持ち良かったです。 朝食は種類が少なかったですが、美味しく頂きました。食堂の従業員の方の元気な挨拶には、朝から清々しくなりました。 ただ、朝食はごく普通の料理ばかりだったので、高知名物が少しあればなぁと思います。

    八泊九日長期滞在をさせていただきました。朝食バイキング、高知のおいしい野菜を中心に、満足のゆくものでした。毎朝楽しみました。部屋も掃除が行き届き、快適。9階の風呂とサウナには、毎日厄介になり、すっかり健康になりました。露天風呂には、一部屋根を設けていただけると、雨の日も、濡れることなくたのしめるのになぁと、少し残念に思いました。クリーニングのサービスもまんぞくのゆくもので、長期滞在には嬉しいサービスでした。長いコロナ禍でしたが、従業員の皆さま、今後もどうかがんばって営業を！

    観光で一泊利用させてもらいました。スタッフさんの対応も親切で大変気持ちよく泊まることが出来ました。 各ベットも十分広く、のびのびでした。 朝食も少しずつ好きなものチョイスが出来て美味しかったです。 また観光の際は利用したいと思います。
