    駅からも徒歩圏内で、日曜市や繁華街に近くて良かったです。お部屋も綺麗でした。

    遠距離の彼女と利用させて頂きました。ダブルのお任せプランでしたが2人ではとても寛げる広さではなく、窮屈過ぎて逆に疲れました。立地や対応には満足ですが、2人であの狭さはないなと思いました。安かろう悪かろうでは意味がない気がします。

    連泊の方は　お気をつけください 私物勝手に捨てられます 客室掃除員は　ゴミ箱にあったものと ウソをつきます 問い合わせると　探してはいただけますが ごみ袋から拾い　そのまま返されます 見つからないものもあります 様々なホテルで　連泊しますが このような体験は初めてで　びっくりです

    高知へ滞在する時はずっとパレスさんです。食事は不要なのでとてもリーズナブルで助かっています。今回は1泊でしたが、連泊の際のサービスもあったり、新しくロビーでお茶のサービスも始まってて感激でした。少し残念だったのはバスタブ頭上の換気口にホコリが溜まっていたのと、トイレか排水溝かの臭いが気になりました。テレビのUSB端子もホコリが詰まっていました。私は我慢出来る範疇でしたが、機会があれば清掃がなされると良いでしょう。帯屋町や高知駅、郵便局へもホテルの目の前の道を真っ直ぐ歩くだけなので私には大変便利です。これからも利用させて頂きます！
