    今回は別邸に妻と2人でお世話になりました。 全体的に良かったと思います。 食事はスタッフの方が丹念に目の前で食材の説明をされながら調理してくださり、美味しく頂けました。 気になったところは、造りの関係上で急な階段があるので、ご年配の方や足腰が強くない方は気になることと、エアコンの暖気が効きにくかったこと、夕食会場まではマイクロバスのように運んで頂けると嬉しかったなぁということの3点ですね。 参考になれば幸いです。

    この度はNazuna京都二条城にご宿泊いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。 当館自慢の囲炉裏朝食、ご賞味いただきうれしく存じます。炭火で焼く季節のお野菜はあつあつジューシーに仕上がります。朝から元気のでる優しくボリューミーなメニューでございます。 ご満足いただけましたようで何よりでございます。 一方で施設内の階段やエアコンにつきまして、ご不便をおかけし申し訳ございません。 お泊まりいただきました別邸は特に内装が元の民家の造りを残しておりますので、京町家によくみられる間口の狭い間取りから、階段の勾配が強くなっております。 本館には抹茶という階段のないお部屋もございますので、ご検討いただけましたら幸いです。 また、姉妹施設までご移動いただく和牛料亭Bungoでのご夕食につきましてもご足労をおかけいたしました。 現在は当施設内ですき焼きの夕食をご提供しております。施設外へのご移動が不要でございますのでまた機会がございましたらぜひご確認くださいませ。 また当館にてお迎えできます日を心よりお待ち申し上げております。 ご投稿ありがとうございました。 Nazuna京都二条城

    お部屋はお茶の香りが焚かれており、とてもリラックスできました。 お風呂も、部屋風呂と半露天風呂の2つを朝晩自由に使うことができ、大満足でした。 ルームサービスをはじめスタッフさんの気配りがとてもなされており、宿泊中は大変心地よく過ごすことができました。 そして何より、サプライズのアレンジに色々と対応していただき、本当にありがとうございました。 おかげで、素敵な京都旅行の思い出になりました。 また何かの記念に泊まりに行きたいです。

    お部屋に入った瞬間お茶のいい香りがして、抹茶やお茶菓子など京都を感じられるサービスが嬉しかったです！お部屋もワクワクするような造りになっており、素敵なプライベート空間にゆっくりできました。何よりスタッフの方が暖かくて安心しました！朝ご飯も楽しみです！

    到着したらすぐに抹茶と茶菓子を出して頂きとても美味しかったです。館内の案内やお部屋の説明も丁寧にして頂きとても良かったです。お部屋も京都らしく素敵な部屋でした。今回は友人と来ましたがカップルにもオススメだと思います。
