Japan|Age: 40s|Family with kid(s)4Posted: 7/8/20232回目の利用になります。 期待通りのおもてなしで満足でした。 残念だったのが露天風呂のシャワーが出ない箇所があり、またその隣のシャワーは熱湯注意になっていたのですがその札が確認しずらく、皆熱湯に驚いていました。また、湯上がり場の水のサービスのコップの下布巾が敷いてあり、その布巾がカビのような物で汚染されていた事が残念です。 コストの問題もありますが、紙コップの方が衛生的だと思います。

誕生日に利用させて頂きました。船で旅館まで行くのも特別感があり、とてもよかったです。お部屋も綺麗で露天風呂も最高でした。アメニティはパックなどもついており嬉しかったです。館内の露天風呂はこじんまりしていましたが、かなりゆっくりとくつろげました。お料理も大満足です。ワイン、ケーキも頂きとっても嬉しかったです。また行きたいです。
