일본|나이:50대|가족 여행5작성일: 30/5/2023５月下旬に宿泊しました。浅間山を望む高台の地、バルコニー前に広がる広大な芝生と山裾の新緑が目を癒やし、饒舌な野鳥たちのさえずりだけが響く静かなホテルです。(ただし一階の部屋から浅間山は一部しか見えません。) 夕食は地元の食材を生かした各品のクオリティが高く満足、朝食ブッフェもよかったです。 軽井沢駅からシャトルバスがあり、ホテル内に24時間売店もあるので不便はまったく感じません。 部屋で豆を挽いて煎れるコーヒー、街の喧騒から離れ、ゆったりと時を過ごしたい方にぴったりです。

さすがプリンスホテルでした。 玄関口お迎えから、帰りまで丁寧な接客で気持ちよかったです。 自然豊かで、温泉棟は新しく綺麗でゆったり、肌がツヤツヤになりました！ ゴルフの後もゆっくり温泉に入れたのも最高でした。リピート決定です。

4月6日、友達グループは ホテルに泊まりました、6部屋12名お客さんが全員香港の人で、言葉が通じないかもしれませんが、ホテル側の受付の態度がとても悪かった、お風呂にどう行けばいいか、食事場所を教えてどかシましたが、対応が悪い、日本でそんな悪いホテルの受付がみったことないです、
