    全館スリッパなしです。それぐらい綺麗にされています。お茶請けはじめ、至るところに細やかな気配りが感じられます。 肝心のお風呂と料理もこれまた、素晴らしい！大浴場は決して広い訳ではありませんが、清掃も行き届き、柔らかなお湯で癒やされます。料理は長崎五島出身の料理長の手掛ける魚料理は長野県と思えない程の絶品でした！量も大変満足です。おすすめのお宿でした！

    リニューアルされたばかりの部屋は綺麗で快適でした。食事も美味しくサービスも行き届いていると感じました。スタッフの方の対応も良かったです。

    別所温泉は初めてでしたが、情緒がある小さな温泉街に旅館があります。 旅館の前に車を停めたらすぐにスタッフの方が出迎えてくださり、荷物も運んでくださいました。 フロントや旅館の中は、可愛い雑貨が置かれており、お部屋のインテリアも素敵でした。 お食事は個室でゆったりと家族だけで楽しむことができ、お料理は一品ずつ提供され、丁寧に説明してくださいました。 長崎の五島列島出身のシェフが作られたというお料理は、盛り付けが繊細で素敵で見た目に楽しめて、そしてとても美味しく、大満足でした。 スタッフの方がとても親切ですし、旅館の中は新しい設備が整っていて清潔に掃除されており、快適に過ごすことができました。 また来たい旅館となりました。
