Japan|Age: 40s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 20/9/2023森の中のコテージでホテルと違う雰囲気が楽しめて凄く良いです。トイレが一階と二階の2箇所にあるのとリビングと寝室が完全に別れてるのは人数が多いと嬉しいポイント！スタッフの方も凄く親切です。

レイクサイドに3世代、並びの部屋で泊まりました。部屋が広く、各室とてもきれいに整えられており、ベランダからは湖が見えてとてもリラックスできました。 空気清浄機が各部屋にあり、部屋のアメニティも充実していて、最高でした。 部屋の藤の揺り椅子が大人気でした。 スマホを充電するコンセントが例えば各室の電話台の近くにあればより便利でしたが、その点だけです。 朝食もとてもおいしく、サービスが行き届いており、部屋ではリラックスできて、最高でした。

3世代で泊まりました。 子ども達はおばあちゃんと一緒に泊まれて嬉しそうでした。 2階の各部屋に洗面所がついていて便利でした。 フォレストヴィラ のフロントがお休みだったのでホテルヨーロッパのフロントで手続きしました。部屋まで送迎してくれて、ハウステンボスを歩きまくっていた私たちには送迎がありがたかったです。 翌日1dayパスポートを前日のパスポートと交換してもらえると知り、Webチケットだった為どうしたら良いかフロントにお電話したら、わざわざ距離のある私達の部屋まで翌日1dayパスポートを届けてくださって、サービス精神に感激しました！ ハウステンボスもコテージの滞在中もずっと楽しかったです。 ありがとうございました。

部屋に清潔感があり、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 子供３人で過ごすということで、足音等を気にせずに過ごせます。お風呂も提携先の温泉へ行くことが出来ますし、部屋風呂も独立していて、一階と二階にそれぞれトイレもあったので便利でした。
