チェックインに時間がかかりすぎ。宿泊者がチェックインの為、列になっているにも関わらずフロントをなかなか増やしていただけなかった。15分以上、手荷物を持ったまま、チェックイン待ちは、苦痛でした。仕方なく、フロントを増やして頂く事を要求した。私の後にも、何人も並んでいた。チェックインのコントロールは、きちんとすべきでは!

佐世保駅の近くのホテルを探していると駐車場に台数の制限があり先着順とか車でない方のプランとかでしたがワシントンホテルさんは満車の場合はお近くの駐車場へご案内となっていたので予約しました。ハウステンボスへ行き22時30分位に到着しました。駐車場の場所を聞きにフロントまで行かないと行けないと思っていたら駐車場の所で誘導する人がいて満車なので提携先の駐車場を丁寧に案内してくれました。部屋は壁紙など綺麗でお風呂も綺麗でした。雨で体も冷えていたのでゆっくりお風呂に入れました。朝の朝食会場のスタッフも対応が丁寧で出て行く時は元気な声、口先だけでなく心のこもった感じで挨拶されます。 ぜひ、また利用したいホテルです。
