Japan|Age: 70s|Friends5Posted: 31/5/20235月24日に友人同士で宿泊しました。当初、2週間前の旅行を予定していたのですが、友人の都合で、日程変更をお願いしたのですが、快く了承され、しかも格安プランを適用できたので、大変助かりました。チェックインは3時ちょっとすぎで、早すぎたかなと思ったのですが、ロビーでウエルカムドリンク、和菓子・洋菓子の豊富さにちょっと驚きました。そこで十分にくつろいだ後、温泉に入りました。露天風呂は広く、泉質も最高でした。夕食は、懐石、フルコースといったところで、自分には、量が多かったです（若い人にはいいかも）。朝食のバイキングは、普通です。それから、従業員の皆様の対応が大変よかったです。受付時の対応、部屋への案内、食事係の対応、すべて素晴らしかったです。友人たちとの同窓会旅行が思い出深いものになりました。ロビーで会った男の人が、ここは、新潟県で一番のホテルだといっていました。今回のコスパの良さから納得のいくものでした。 それから、このホテルは早めに到着することをお勧めします。ロビーで3時のおやつ、庭園の散歩、温泉とゆっくりくつろげます。

奥さんの誕生日旅行って事で前々から行きたいと言われていた華鳳に宿泊させていただきました。 部屋も料理もサービスもお風呂も全て良くて、夕食時には奥さんに誕生日プレゼントまで準備していただきました。 そして、帰る時のチェックアウトの時には夕食係の人からの心温まる手紙までいただき感激してしまいました。 とっても素敵な旅館でした♪

まず、お部屋について大変嬉しいお気遣いをいただきまして、本当にありがとうございました。到着早々に感動しました。 スタッフの方々の温かくきめ細やかな対応が嬉しかったです。子連れでいろいろとご迷惑をおかけしてしまう場面もありましたが、スタッフさんの温かい対応に救われました。 楽しみにしていた夕食、大変美味しく頂きました。ボリュームも凄かったです！朝食バイキングも美味しくいただきました。 温泉好きな家族なので、温泉も楽しみにしていました。広く立派な温泉にまた感動でした。 露天風呂は子どもでもゆっくり浸かることができる温度で、親子で堪能しました。 帰りに庭園を散歩させていただきましたが、散策コースが整備されている素敵な庭園でした。 庭園の出入り口で娘が「またこの旅館に来たいなぁ」とつぶやいていました。 素晴らしい思い出をありがとうございます。「また来ようね」とみんなで話しながら帰りました。 大変お世話になりました。

新潟県で一番高級な旅館と名高い華鳳に泊まってきました。 温泉や食事はもちろん大変満足するものでした。 建物の管理も行き届いていて気持ちよく利用出来ました。 スタッフの方々のサービスも素晴らしかったです。 ありがとうございました。
