If you are visiting Hinanoyado Chitose for the first time or are having trouble choosing a plan, this is the plan for you! ! When you come to Matsunoyama Onsen, we will prepare Satoyama Gottsuo that you must try. ■Dinner We offer Satoyama Kaiseki cuisine, where you can enjoy Matsunoyama Onsen's original ``Tanada Nabe'' and ``Toji Pork'', as well as dishes made with seasonal ingredients. Please enjoy dishes unique to this region that are nostalgic and gentle on the body, making use of Matsunoyama's remaining culture and seasonal local ingredients. ■Breakfast Enjoy seasonal local flavors refined in a modern style, along with delicious terraced rice from Matsunoyama. The famous ``Onsen Salt Tofu'' is a dish with a strong bean flavor that has a slight salty taste from Matsunoyama Onsen. [Taste of Satoyama that changes with the seasons] Spring (May to July): Wild vegetables Summer (August-September): Very busy Autumn (October-November): Mushroom Manma Winter (December to April): Tororo Manma *The period is an approximate guide. ■Hot spring Matsunoyama Onsen is considered one of Japan's three major medicinal hot springs, along with Kusatsu and Arima. It is also called ``hot water'' because it erupts at a high temperature of 92 degrees Celsius, and the rich salt content warms the body. Please enjoy the medicinal hot springs that have excellent skin beautifying effects and heal wounds. ------------------- *Dish photos may differ due to the use of seasonal ingredients. *Both dinner and breakfast will be served at the restaurant. *We have an underground parking lot (approx. 17 spaces). We store your items in a place that is protected from rain and wind. (Please forgive us if the number of vehicles in storage exceeds 17.)
