In 2018, we were certified as 4 Red Pavilion by "Michelin Guide 2018 Kumamoto / Oita Edition". We are always devoting ourselves to making our customers happy, from researching dishes that are in line with the times, to the world view, and to training cooks. (privacy) Customers who place importance on their private life, such as remote guest rooms, private hot springs, and private dining rooms, and those who want to spend their time quietly are also relieved. Check-in procedures can now be handled in the guest rooms. (Relax across generations) There is also a special room in the main building where you can enjoy a trip of 3 generations with 2 bedrooms + living room, and a kids room restaurant where guests with children can enjoy cooking with peace of mind. Customers who want to enjoy elegant adult time are also recommended to use the adult restaurant where you can enjoy comfortable JAZZ. (Travel design) The design was done by Eiji Mitooka, who worked on the luxury sightseeing train "Nana Star". Mr. Mitooka's design blends into the traditional techniques of Japanese inns, and you can experience various designs inside the building.

On top of that, let's enjoy Yufuin Onsen to the fullest at Soan Shuo, where you can enjoy a calm Yufuin time once you enter the inn. ●Dinner [1st night: Akizakura kaiseki course] Kaiseki cuisine with luxurious ingredients such as fresh sashimi from Bungo Channel and Bungo beef, a specialty of Oita. It usually takes about two hours, and you can enjoy your meal time slowly. The kaiseki course menu changes daily depending on the seasonal ingredients available that morning. [Second night: Chef's selection of carefully selected Wagyu beef dishes] ・Selected Japanese beef sukiyaki set (sukiyaki, small bowl, hagama rice, soup, pickles) ・Carefully selected Japanese beef shabu-shabu set (shabu-shabu, small bowl, hagama rice, soup, pickles) You can choose from. A dish that uses plenty of domestic Japanese beef carefully selected by the chef. *We will bring one pot per person, so you can choose separately.
