This plan allows you to enjoy a dinner featuring today's local fish sashimi platter and Mokuren hot pot made with Oku-Bungo pork. You are free to use the two open-air private baths at the hot spring. Our inn is located in a nature-rich environment slightly removed from the town. Please spend a relaxing time while feeling the fresh air. [Dinner] We offer carefully prepared meals using ingredients selected by the proprietress and head chef from Saga-no-Seki. The main dishes are today's local fish sashimi platter directly delivered from Saganoseki and Mokuren hot pot with miso base made using Oku-Bungo pork. <Other Dishes> Appetizers, seasonal small bowls, rice, special houba miso, pickles, and daily dessert *The magnolia hot pot in the photo is for two people. You can change the meat from 'Oku-Bungo Pork' to 'Oita Wagyu Beef'. ・An additional fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) per person will be charged. ・We kindly ask that any changes be made for the entire reservation group. ・If you wish to make changes, please be sure to note them in the remarks section at the time of reservation. ◇Dining location: Dining area (1st floor) ◇Meal time / 17:45 or 18:00 or 18:15 【Breakfast】 ＜Magnolia Japanese Breakfast＞ We offer a gentle-on-the-body Magnolia Japanese Breakfast centered around rice, grilled fish, and Oita's specialty 'Kurome' miso soup.
