    6月5日から宿泊しました。 海のファミリーツアーに参加して3歳の息子はとても喜んでました。 またマリオさんに会いたいと言ってました。 ありがとございました。

    6か月と1歳の子ども2人で利用しました。 ホテルのサービスについては文句なしです。チェックイン時にドアマンの若い男性が、チェックインの情報量が多い為にかなり時間がかかるというので、子供たちだけ先に部屋で待ってもらえるようにカギを先に渡していただいたのは、本当に助かりました。小さい子供がいる事情を理解してくださった気さくなスタッフさん達に助けられました。 地元スーパーで夕飯を調達して割り箸をもらい損ねてしまいましたが、快く持ってきていただけました。 部屋や備品もきれいでしたし、2階には子供たちが遊べるようにテントとぬいぐるみがあり、とても喜んでました！ 1棟2室で、子どもが泣いても気楽に過ごせてよかったです。 駐車場について、フロントに近い駐車場は2台しか止められないと思っていました。 もしかして海側も止められた？と気づいた時にはチェックアウト時。提案が欲しかったです。 水着干す用のハンガーがあっても良いかもとは思いました。 外に干すとすぐクモが巣を作ってしまうので。 他の方も仰られているように、室内のエアコンの黴臭さはあり、どうにかならないものかとは思いました（エアコンが原因なのかは不明）。空気清浄機を設置するとか？ 施設内の子供用プールのタイルにもぬめりのような汚れがあり。 部屋に持ってきていただいたベビーバスに敷く白いマットもところどころ黒ずんでいたり。 でも塩害や大量の水を使うわけにはいかないのだろうとか、前日が台風でしたし、そこは目をつむりました。 洗濯乾燥機がついているのは大変重宝しました。 ベットの天井から青空が見えるのはとても気持ちよく、最高でした。 外も静かだし、良く寝れました。 虫が苦手な人には落ち着かないかもしれませんが、フロントに連絡してくれれば対応してくれるとのこと。 子どもが小さいのと、外が暑かったのでグループリゾート内は散策しませんでした。 それでも、良い思い出になりました。 宮古島周辺の全部の島をレンタカーで回り、ダイビングをして帰りました。 カジュアルで神経質にならずに宿泊できる人にはお勧めできます。 また宮古島に行く機会があれば利用したいです。

    家族が多いこともありリピートさせて頂いていましたが、今回は正直言って残念なことばかりでした。まず部屋がかなりカビ臭い。エアコンもそうですが、トイレが特にカビ臭く、鼻をふさがないと私は使えませんでした。2日目に清掃をして頂きましたが簡易的にスプレーするだけで、結局5日間ずっと臭いを我慢しながら、エアコンを控えめに使用して過ごしました。子供の呼吸器への悪影響が気になり夜は何度も目を覚ましました。他にも水回りの清掃不足、ただの劣化ではなく、プロに依頼すれば解決するのでは？と思うような水垢汚れや排水溝の黒カビが残念すぎました。それは部屋だけでなくフロントのトイレも同様です。なぜあの状態の水垢やカビが平気なのでしょうか？経年劣化ならまだしも、漂白すれば落ちるような汚れが至る所についています。ウォシュレットも茶色く汚いです。汚れたプラ製のハンドソープ入れは新しいものにしないのでしょうか？食事は回を増すごとに工夫されている感じがしましたが、ビールグラスにヒビが入っていたため交換をお願いしたところ、飲みかけのなかみをそのまま違うコップにうつされただけで対応は終わり...夫婦で苦笑いです。食堂フロアのエアコンも黒カビで汚く、シーリングファンを見渡すと蜘蛛の巣がかかっていましたよ。せっかくの旅行なので家族には話さず、極力見ないふりをしましたが。歩けば数分で綺麗な海に行けますし、お散歩コースも自然がたくさんで最高、小さな子連れや老人連れには過ごしやすいですが、今回は本当にその点しか満足できなかったというか...とにかく掃除が行き届いていない印象でした。部屋にあったタワーの物干しもグラグラで今にもネジが外れそうで使い物になりませんでしたよ。 2017年から頻繁にお世話になっていましたが、さすがにもう友人にはおすすめできないな、と残念に思います。これが素直な感想です。 子ども達が海にプールに、とても楽しんでくれたのが何よりの救いです。ちなみに豊富なイベント等のアクティビティは人数制限があり、子供が体験したかったシーサー塗りは10名まで。予約人数いっぱいで断られましたが、まさか大人の人数もカウントされているとは。3家族で定員でした。せめて繁忙期や雨の日には枠を増やす等、サービスの改善が必要だなと思います。

    はじめて利用しました 部屋は文句無しです １ついうなら 喫煙所を 増やしてほしい あとショップもう少しほかの ショップのように多くしてほしい ほかのショップにいくには 遠いので。 ご飯はとてもおいしかったです

    家のような部屋で、落ち着いて過ごすことができました。 フロントから部屋まで、場所によっては徒歩5分程かかるため、部屋の場所の当たり外れがあるように思いました。 誕生日旅行特典ということで写真を1枚プレゼントしてもらいました。いい思い出になりました。
