This is a room-only plan for up to 4 guests. Up to 2 additional children for bed-sharing w/guardian. Appliances TV, Blu-ray player, rice cooker, oven microwave, kettle, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron. Cooking utensils and tableware Basic essentials are provided (frying pan, pot, kettle, turner, skimmer, tongs, cooking chopsticks, grater, knife, peeler, cutting board, colander, bowl, measuring cup, measuring spoon, kitchen scissors, corkscrew, and various tableware). Seasonings and ingredients are not provided. Amenities Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face towel, bath towel, toothbrush, razor, cotton swabs & cotton pads, hairbrush. Sleepwear is not provided. [Regarding cleaning, linens, and amenities for multi-night stays] Room cleaning during multi-night stays is available for an additional fee. Please note that cleaning arrangements may not be possible depending on the situation. Towels provided are limited to 1 face towel and 1 bath towel per person, regardless of the length of stay. If you wish to request additional towels (for a fee), please contact us in advance. Please note that requests made on-site may not be fulfilled. Amenities such as toothbrushes are limited to 1 set per person, regardless of the length of stay. Sheets will not be replaced for stays of up to 5 nights. For stays of 6 nights or longer, replacement sheets will be provided, and you're requested to change them yourself. Parking Free parking for one standard-sized car (about a 1-minute walk away). Important Notes There are general residential houses in the surrounding area. Please spend the night quietly. If the rules are not followed, you may be asked to leave immediately (in such cases, no refund will be provided).
