Japan|Age: 60s|Business3Posted: 8/5/2023仕事で月１で利用しています。5月5日から二泊三日。 立地の良さだけで利用してると言って良いくらい最近のスイスホテルは以前に比べて良くないと思います。 特に掃除は適当にしてる感が有ります。外国人スタッフがされてるようですが一流ホテルとは思えないほど適当感が有ります。とても残念。 今回は・・・・ 洗面所で手を洗う際、排水が悪く栓を外して使用しました。これはこの部屋だけでなく以前もそうでした。なぜそうなのかはわかりませんが排水が悪いので栓を抜いて使用しました。すると排水溝からの匂いが上がって来るので気持ちが悪かったです。 またバスタブの栓をしようとしたら網が綺麗になっていなくて中にゴミが有りました。前の方のゴミだとは思いますがとても不愉快でした。気持ち悪くシャワーしました。 ２泊でしたので洗面台に水捌けが悪いと書いておきましたが お部屋に戻って使用すると何ら変わりなくメッセージが無視された形で何の返事も有りません。 今月末にもう一度行きます。最近スイスホテルは不満が多く残念です。唯一立地の良さで利用しています。

3泊４日しました 朝食をする為に最上階に行ったが 多数のお客様が居る中 平然と掃除機をあちこちかけてる 男性スタッフがいた。 開店前か閉店後にやって欲しい 信じられなくなり 翌朝からは利用せずに 外に食べに行った。 チェックアウト時に多数 お客様が居て 並んでる方か見分け つきずらかった。 フロント前を仕切って 区分けするなどして欲しい。 ３２階に泊まったが部屋の 冷蔵庫にある 飲み物やお菓子などは 無料なのか有料なのか 説明が全くなかった

夫婦で宿泊しました。 部屋からの眺めがよく、夜はなんばパークスのイルミネーションが見えてとても綺麗でした。 プールとジムも利用しましたが、プールは綺麗だしジャグジーもあってよかったです。ジムも広かったです。 朝食は和洋中、シリアル、パン、フルーツと一通りありましたが、洋食派の私にはもう少し選択肢が多かったらいいなーと思いました。味はおいしかったです。

チェックイン時に、朝食のないプランです。と言われ、朝食付きのプランで予約したんですが、と言ったら、いえ朝食がついていないプランです。とまた言われ、調べて下さい。と、言って、お調べしてまいります。とパソコンでしらべたようで、結果、朝食付きのぷらんで、ございました。と。すみません位言ってほしかっただす。 。
