Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 22/3/2023東京から、家族4人でUSJに行く際に利用させていただきました。 家族二人づつ二部屋の予約しか取れなかったのですが、事前に、キャンセル等でコネクティングルームに空きができたら、そちらに変更していただけないかホテルにお願いしていたところ、ご配慮いただき運良くコネクティングルームへの変更をしていただけました。 新大阪駅直結は本当に便利で、新幹線利用の際はオススメです。大きな荷物もチェックイン日とチェックアウト日に預かってもらえます。 基本ビジネスホテルなので、部屋は広くはありませんし、サービスは必要十分でしかないですが、スタッフの対応や備品は行き届いています。 食事は今回利用していないのですが、周辺には飲食店も多く、コンビニやファーストフード店も充実しているので、素泊まりでも困ることはないと思います。

駅構内にあって、新幹線降りて荷物を置いてから出かけられて楽々でした！ シャワーも素敵でした！
