新大阪駅から近く、またすぐにコンビニもありとても便利でした。 部屋もとても機能的で使いやすく、あまり外泊で眠れない自分も心地よく眠ることもできてベッドも枕も個人的にちょうど良かったです。大阪へはよく行くので、また利用したいと思えるホテルでした。 ただ、ちょっと残念に思ったのは、浴室のカーテンがカビのようなにおいがしたことと、換気扇の関係か浴槽の湯音が冷めてちょっと寒さを感じたことです。他は全く問題なかったです。ありがとうございました。

地下鉄新大阪駅の７番出口からすぐなので、雨が降っても大丈夫。 すぐ近くにセブンイレブンややよい軒、居酒屋等もあり、食べることには不自由しませんでした。

立地、食事は大変満足しています。 ただ、ホテルなのに部屋に時計がなく、モーニングコールの設備もありませんでした。チェックインの時に朝食の時間を聞かれたにもかかわらず、時計がないのは不思議です。 スマホの目覚まし機能で何とかしのぎましたが、非常に残念でした。
