    口コミが良かったので、少し期待していただけに、残念でした。 部屋のベッドの枕には、カビのようなシミがありました。直ぐ交換して頂けましたが。。。 今までビジネスホテル含め、色々なホテルに泊まって来ましたが、初めてのことでビックリでした。気になって部屋のエアコンを見てみると、案の定、汚れているようでした。テントも湿気のせいか、臭かったです。 温泉は2回入り、広めでのんびりできました。ぬるめですが、時間帯によって温度がかなり違う気がします。子供たちはぬるめで長く浸かれるので、温泉を楽しんでいました。 朝食は美味しかったです。

    どこにあるのかな？っていう山奥にありますが、自然豊かで空気も気持ちが良かったです。お食事がサービスも丁寧で満足でした。次は砂風呂に入ってみたいです。

    夕食は最高でした。 受付の人も見送りの人も親切で感じが良かったです。

    ソファでチェックインしてお部屋に案内されたのですが、お部屋の入り口の棚の上に汚れた雑巾が乱雑に置いてあり、まだお掃除が終わっていないようでした。怒っても仕方ないので、案内役のスタッフさんとまたロビーに戻りお掃除が終わるのを待ちました。きちんと謝罪をしてくれたのですが、最初がこんな風だったので、正直なところ気分が落ちました。運が悪かったようです。 その後もフロントに電話しないとWi-Fiがつながらなかったり、急いで掃除されたからでしょうか、部屋に埃が目に見えて残っていて、残念でした。壁やソファのカバーも汚れがあり、少し気になりました。 お風呂やお食事が良かっただけに残念です。ロビーやお食事処も良かったです。部屋からの景色も良いです。ぬる湯なので、ゆっくり浸かれました。 高級宿とあり、楽しみにしていたのですが・・・。お食事つきの日帰り温泉が良いかもしれませんね。
