Our chefs are proud to offer dishes that are prepared according to the changing seasons. ■Dinner Fuji Kaiseki (restaurant) We carefully select fresh local ingredients, centering on the popular classic Taishoya special beef and seafood from the Ariake Sea. We use different dishes according to the season, and we prepare kaiseki cuisine with elaborate dishes. *Please note that the photo is an image, and the contents may change depending on the purchase and season. ■Breakfast Japanese set meal (Breakfast venue) Breakfast is a Japanese set meal with a rich local flavor, centering on Ureshino's specialty, "Torokeru Yudofu". The rice we serve is Junureshino Tanada rice grown by contracted farms. For rice, you can choose rice or Taishoya's original chagayu made with Ureshino tea. ■ Dining place Both dinner and breakfast will be served at the restaurant. Dinner starts at 18:00 and last order is at 19:00. Please let us know your desired start time for dinner when making a reservation. Both dinner and breakfast are Japanese only. ■ Hot spring ■ *Ureshino Onsen is one of Japan's top 3 hot springs for beautiful skin. After bathing, your skin will be smooth and smooth. Shiki-no-Yu is a large semi-open-air bath with glass walls and a ceiling that is bright and spacious. "Taki no Yu" is a garden bath where you can enjoy the feeling of unity between a garden with a waterfall and a bathtub, and you can use it until 25:00. There is also a "hot spring steam bath" that uses hot spring heat. (until 22:00) The open-air bath "Shiiba no Yu" is the largest open-air bath in the mountains in western Kyushu, and you can enjoy the natural scenery. Please use the free shuttle bus to Shiiba no Yu.
