NHK's morning drama "Scarlet" will begin airing on September 30th. Toda Erika plays the role of a female Shigaraki ware artist. Filming is also taking place on the Kiln Walking Trail near Ogawatei. Using tableware made by Shigaraki ware traditional craftsmen and young artists, Ogawatei's cuisine connects the makers and customers.
