    デラックスツイン、富士山見えず 分厚いカーテンを閉めたら、カーテンが破れていた。両側とも。 お風呂、お湯を抜いたらトイレの下が水びたしに

    富士山が見たいという要望に対して、ホテル内の、富士山が見えるテラス？場所に案内して頂きました。きれいな場所で、他のお客さんがいなかったためゆっくりと堪能することができました。ありがとうございます。 お夕飯をホテル内レストランで済ませたのですが、美味しかったです！ 和牛フィレを頂いたのですが、特に美味しく頂きました。 また、レストラン内のウェイトレスさんのサービスが気持ちよく、美味しくご飯を頂けました。 ありがとうございました。 総じて、コスパめちゃ良のお宿と感じました！

    2月23日に宿泊しました。風呂と洗面とトイレがそれぞれ別になっていて、かつ風呂場はバスタブと洗い場が独立しており洗い場でシャワーできるので、快適でした。設備はすべて新しくてきれいな点もGoodでした!

    出張で伺いました。何もお伝えしていないのに、朝食のデーブルを同僚と一緒にしていただき、ご配慮ありがとうございました。レストランのスタッフの方がとても感じよかったです。朝食もおいしくいただきました。お部屋のテーブルも大きくて仕事しやすかったです。残念だったのはお部屋のコンセントはこちらと書いてあるベッドのわきにあり引き出しに髪の毛が落ちていました。
