食事はどれも美味しく、ただ量が多すぎました。 ホテルでのサービスは近くのバス停まで送迎もしていただけて対応が迅速で助かりました。 部屋の鍵が内側からポチッと押してドアを閉める形式でセキュリティ面が少し不安でした。 ホテル内も温泉街もお土産が少ないのが残念。

60台高齢者の夫婦で利用しました。サービスも温泉も食事も設備も、全てが及第点の優等生的な温泉旅館でした。高齢者の夫婦にとっては、一番ありがたい宿泊機会となりました。

とにかく食事が素晴らしく手が込んでいます。夕飯と朝食で箸の細さまで変更するこだわりで、味は勿論見た目にも美しく、家族全員大変喜んでおりました。温泉は温度も最適で長く入る事ができこちらも好評でした。部屋からの浜名湖の眺めもも美しい。旅行全体で一番家族評価が高く良い親孝行ができました。ありがとうございます。
