Enjoy a holiday filled with hot springs and our proud baths, with a special course of dishes carefully prepared so that you can enjoy and savor each and every dish. ■Food■ Dinner is [Japanese Kaiseki] A special course of dishes carefully prepared with seasonal and luxurious ingredients. Please take your time to savor each and every dish. The appetizer is a dish that allows you to feel the season, and the sashimi is made with fresh ingredients unique to Izu, a land surrounded by the sea, and can be enjoyed in various ways such as salt, wasabi, and soy sauce. We also offer a whole boiled red snapper, a specialty of Izu, seasoned by a fisherman. The sauce is also delicious when poured over rice, making it a great way to eat more rice. In addition, you can enjoy Izu's popular delicacies such as spiny lobster and abalone, as well as dishes made with beef. *One whole boiled golden-eyed snapper per room. Only for adults and elementary school students, and the size will vary depending on the number of people. If one person is using the room, it will be cut into fillets. Breakfast is a Japanese meal. We provide a healthy "breakfast" that incorporates balanced ingredients with an awareness of "Magowayasashii". Provide plenty of nutrition for your body when you first wake up! *Magowayasashii is an acronym made up of the first letters of the following ingredients: "Ma" for beans, "Go" for seeds and nuts such as sesame and nuts, "Wa" for wakame (seaweed), "Ya" for vegetables, "Sa" for fish, "Shi" for shiitake (mushrooms), and "I" for potatoes. These refer to the ingredients you should incorporate into your diet to lead a healthy life. *The dining area will be prepared in the dining area (cannot be specified) *Dinner will be prepared at 6pm or 6:30pm (last meal f
