Japan|Age: 30s|Family with kid(s)1Posted: 29/3/2023お客様として嫌な思いばかりです。残念ながらいい旅行はできません！ お客様に対して大変な失礼なやり方、大変な思いをさせ、お客様として嫌な思いして帰るだけの温泉だ。 ひどい温泉だ。 残念でたまりません。 嫌な思い二日間悩むところだけだ。 ああいう温泉は他にありません。 お客様として何の楽しみもありません。 お金だけバカくさくて相当取られました！

何回か利用していますが、全てにおいて満足しています。 温泉プールの雰囲気が素敵です。 お食事は薄味で美味しいし、ボリュームにも満足です。 お部屋も広めで寛げます。 お部屋の露天風呂は庭園の眺望を楽しみながら、ぬるめにした温泉にゆっくり入るのが好きです。 何度でも入りたいお風呂です。

乳幼児を含めた家族で利用させていただきました。子どもはプールを楽しみ、大人はサウナとテルマリウムを楽しみと、全員が満足する事が出来ました。サウナは宿泊日だけの利用なので、もっと早くチェックインすれば良かったなと思いました。高級宿ですが、これだけ満足できるので納得。また伺いたいです。
