Japan|Age: 30s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 15/3/2023ホテル到着後から、多かった手荷物を部屋まで運んでくれました。鍵だけ渡してもらうところが多い中、お部屋まで案内して頂けたのは、サービスが行き届いているなと思いました。 お風呂もとても広く、オーシャンビューの露天風呂も最高でした。サウナも2種類あり、どちらもとても良かったです。 朝食はバイキングでしたが、マグロのたたきや、目の前で作ってくれるオムレツなど、充分過ぎる内容でした。 唯一気になった点は、部屋にWi-Fiの電波が入りづらいのか、速度も遅い感じでした。 それでもとても良いホテルだと感じたので、また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

夕食は個室での和食をいただきました。とてもおいしくいただきました。お部屋もリフォームしてあるようでとても綺麗でした。全体的には満足ですが、部屋にお茶の用意しかなく、部屋で珈琲が飲めなかったのは残念でした。また、洗面スペースにタオル掛けがなかったので、不便でした。お部屋から綺麗に富士山が見えたので、良い思い出になりました。

連泊の時にシーツやタオル交換不要の選択もある時代に、1泊なのに1名につきバスタオル2枚は過剰だと感じました。あと客室廊下の暖房も多少過剰で、地球温暖化対策や省エネにもう少しコンシャスであれば、かえって更に感心できたと思います。

2023年2月24日家族4人で一泊朝食付きで宿泊しました。関東近辺で１人１万円ぐらいでいろんなホテル泊まりましたが、玄関のお迎え、部屋までの案内、久しぶりのホスピタリティを感じました。この値段で部屋のアメニティも完璧です。浴衣は全サイズ、お風呂タオルは１人２枚、他にもたくさんありました。常宿にします。
