    背中がっつり刺青OKの大浴場にビックリしました。 自分の入った30分ほどで男湯で１人のみならず2人、女性にもいたらしくフロントに言いましたが適当な返答で対応一切無し。 刺青ありでも何も言われることなく入れるみたいです。 部屋は行くのもわかりにくく途中の道と駐車場の草は生え放題、虫、クモの巣もあちこちに、玄関入ったら血か錆びかがびっしり、浴室は臭くて開けることすら出来ないくらいでした。 至る所がホコリまみれで数ヶ月前に掃除したような感じでした。 余ってるプランも余りなく試しにお部屋タイプおまかせを選びましたが誰も入らない部屋に入れられるらしくゼッッ…タイにお薦めしません。 ハイランドパークの入園方法は場所的な問題かフロント側の入り口からではなく通常の入り口から車で移動して入らされました。 BBQですが、少し寒い時に暖かい飲み物が一切無いのでかなりの厚着をおすすめします。 風がそこそこ入るので結構体感温度は寒いです。 朝食は食べる物は多いですがスタッフの案内がなく、初めて行くにはどうすれば良いかわからない。 BBQの建物を突っ切って隣の建物で受付でした。 最後にチェックアウトは車で長蛇の列ハイランドパークに行く方は早めに出ることをお薦めします。

    9/22-9/23の1泊2日で利用しました。 私に対応してくれた受付スタッフの方々の全員が、爽やかで気持ちの良い接客をしてくださいました。 彼女の誕生日でしたので、事前にホテルに連絡を入れ、サプライズケーキ（2200円）を追加しました。 飾り付けでトラブルが起きてしまった時は、スタッフの方が親切にセロテープを貸し出してくださるなど、臨機応変に対応していただき大変感謝しております。 グランピングやBBQの内容はもちろん、至れり尽くせりの素晴らしいサービスでした。

    9月22日に宿泊しました。 小さい子供を連れての1泊だったので、隣の部屋など気にせず泊まれたのはとても良かったです。 夕食、朝食の時間がもう少し選択肢があると良かったかな。 朝食の時間帯は席が足りず、30分ほど待たされたのがややマイナス点ですね。 全体的に良かったと思います。またリピートさせて頂きたいです。
