通路は自然のままなので季節的に寒いのは許容範囲ですが、全般的に暖房が効いていなくて寒かった。特にトイレと部屋の廊下と大浴場の脱衣室。トイレには人感式の温風ヒーターが設置されているが、作動しても温まる前に出るので全く意味がない。ゆったりのんびりするはずが【楓音は寒かった】という印象しか残りませんでした。自宅ではヒートショック対策しているのに旅館でヒートショックに注意することになるとは思いませんでした。また特にトイレが安普請。見た目ほど高級な建物ではないことが判明。しかもトイレは掃除が行き届いてないようです。夕食が美味しかっただけに本当に残念です。快適な室温にするのもおもてなしだと思います。暖かい季節にまた利用させていただきす。

塩原の観光協会でタクシーを手配したところ、手配できないとの返答で困って楓音さんに電話を入れたところ、支配人自ら送迎をしていただきました。とても感謝しています。滞在中も佐藤さんをはじめ、従業員の方たちのおもてなしは心が温かくなりました。ぜひまた訪れたいと思います。
