Japan|Age: 40s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 23/9/2023とてもリラックスして過ごせた良いホテルでした。 特にフロントのスタッフさんで、応対がとても気持ちよく、またこちらの要望を上回る提案をしてくださった方がいて、同行者と「さすがホテルマンだねー」と言っていたのですが、後で支配人さんだと分かりました。 こういう支配人さんのいるホテルだから気持ちよく過ごせたのだなと納得しました。またお世話になります。

プールがきれいで楽しく遊べました。部屋のテーブルが小さめだったのは気になりましたが、洗濯物干しなどが部屋に置いてあり、海水浴やプールなどで濡れた服を洗濯しやすい環境になっていたのはありがたかったです。

6月に3泊4日でお世話になりました。 景色の良い高台にあり、お部屋からの景色は抜群。 少し古めのお部屋でしたが綺麗に整えられてあり、特に夫は気に入っていました。 最も良かったと感じたのは朝ごはん。 小鉢やおかずの全てが美味しくとても感動！ 3泊分朝食をつけましたが大正解でした。 迷っている方はつけられた方がいいと思います！ 大浴場は綺麗で快適で、スタッフの方々も気配りも素晴らしかったです。 夫も同意見でもう一度八丈島を訪れるならまた泊まりたいとのことでした。 1点気になる部分があるとするならば和室エントランスから少し遠かったこと。 洋室の方がエレベーターから近く利用しやすかったかもなーと思いました。

立地や設備、アメニティ、湯上がりのアイスサービスは申し分無いのですが事前に頼んでおいた海鮮茶漬け、小鉢の定食が連絡無しにバイキングに変わっていたのが残念でした。バイキングをやりつつも事前に定食を頼んだ客には定食を提供するかやむなくバイキングに切り替えるならもっと早いタイミングで判断して連絡して欲しかったです。

スタッフの皆様が大変親切でした。本当にありがとうございました！ 宿をご検討中の方へ… 新館に比べますと少し年季を感じる別館ですが、広い和室で、大きなテレビ、クーラー、綺麗な景色と広い芝生が見えました。 宿は、全体的にアメニティが充実しており、シャンプーやリンス、化粧水、歯ブラシ、タオル、ドライヤーなどがついており、持ち物の負担を減らすことができます。 朝食ビュッフェは八丈島ならではの食材もあり、感動しました。ぜひご検討ください。
