Japan|Age: 30s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 6/6/2023急に品川に泊まることになり、禁煙のみ希望であとはお部屋お任せで宿泊しました。 チェックイン時、外国のお客様が多く対応に追われているようでしたが、きちんとこちらも対応いただきました。ホテルの方の丁寧な接客のためとても気持ちの良いステイでした。 チェックイン、チェックアウトもあり帰りもスムーズでした。
