    レディースルームにアップグレードしていただき、女性用のシャンプーリンス（髪がさらさらになりました）クレンジングに化粧水などお部屋にあって、とても便利でした。 清潔・静かで気持ちよかったです。 受付に忘れ物をしましたが、即電話で連絡頂き助かりました！スタッフサービスばっちりです。 ありがとうございました！

    久しぶりに連泊しました。 以前は、毎日部屋の清掃をされてました。 タオル交換をするにもセルフで協力をさせたりとエコを意識しているのか？経費を削減しているのか？ サービスの手抜きしているように感じてしまうなど疑問です。 宿泊客に協力を促すなら、料金面で努力をしてほしいと感じます。
