    朝食はこれでもかってくらいの量の炊きたてご飯が運ばれてきます。お弁当で少し寂しい気もしますが部屋でゆっくり食べれて良かったです。部屋からは川が流れているのが見えて癒やされました。お風呂は広すぎて迷子になりそうでした。

    ご飯が夕食も朝食もおいしかったです。 部屋で食事するのでプライベートの時間を楽しむことができて大満足です。

    大型旅館という感じでスタッフみんな丁寧な言葉づかいではありますがやはり忙しくバタバタした感じでした。 食事は美味しくいただきました。お風呂は売りにしてるほど良くなく残念でした。

    ３月５日から一泊にてお世話になりました ベッドはシモンズなのでとても心地よく快適でした 和洋二間で広々とした空間にデスクもありアイリスオーヤマのファンもあり空気循環もでき 食事は美味しいとこどりプランなので味編もでき個室でゆっくりできたのが最高でした 夕飯の食事担当の方が名前忘れてしまいましたがとても良い方で、明るくはきはきわかりやすく丁寧に説明して下さりお酒をどれにしようか躊躇していたところでもniceアドバイスをいただけたので尚更美味しいひと時を過ごせました 朝食の方も素敵な方でした 以前宿泊させて頂いた時は自販機に大山牛乳があったと思ったのですがもうなかったのが残念でした。 （勘違いしてたらすみません。） 温泉も色々あり気分転換できコロナでも密にならず色々移動できるのでゆっくりゆったり温泉につかれます なので又泊まりたくなります。 旅行支援が延長となり自分の誕生日近くを予約する事ができました。 寝ながらテレビを見れる部屋にしました。　 何回も何回も泊まりたくなる落ち着ける素敵な旅館です

    コロナなので弁当形式での夕食というのはわかります。温かなおかずがない代わり、牛肉は美味しかったので満足しました。 しかし、コロナによる人手不足なのでしょうが、サービスレベルは一流旅館とはとても言えないものでした。3代の陛下がお泊りになった宿とは思えません。奮起していただきたいところです。
