This is the basic plan for Yamagataza Takami The name 'Yamagataza Takami' embodies the desire to become a showcase and select shop for Yamagata by Yamagata residents. Vegetables sourced directly by the head chef, including wild plants and organic vegetables from local farmers, are offered as dishes that can only be enjoyed here and now. The high-quality land of Akayu produces abundant hot spring water, which is delivered to guest rooms without any added water, as 'freshly sourced 100% natural spring water.' With the wish to 'spread our wings to the world together with Yamagata's companions,' this inn, created by Yamagata residents, aspires to be a place that conveys the charm of Okitama. We have imbued the space and hospitality with the essence of Okitama. While experiencing the charm of 'Yamagata' with your whole body, enjoy a moment of relaxation and healing amidst new discoveries. Please take this opportunity to enjoy the reborn 'Takinami'. All rooms come with open-air baths fed directly from the source. Every guestroom is equipped with an open-air bath. Gentle hot water with a faint sulfur aroma fills the baths. A total of 19 rooms, with 3 types of guestroom styles! The three types are 'KURA,' a renovated warehouse, 'SAKURA,' overlooking the garden and cherry blossoms, and 'YAMAGATA,' showcasing Yamagata crafts. Each room is designed with simplicity, prioritizing comfort above all. The basic option is a twin room, but with the use of extra beds, it can accommodate 2 to 6 people. Please check the details page for the maximum occupancy of each guest room. Please note that the entire premises, including guest room terraces, are strictly non-smoking. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking anywhere except for the designated smoking area outside the main entrance. Meals are themed around natural and local gastronomy cuisine. Enjoy dishes made with vegetables and seasonal fruits delivered from local producers, as well as seasonal ingredients such as wild plants, mushrooms, and Yukimuro-aged vegetables. Relish the seasonal flavors of the moment with dishes crafted by the chef’s delicious arrangements, and experience Yamagataza Takinami's unique "Here and Now" offerings. Breakfast and dinner are served in the restaurant. Please note that meals are not served in the rooms.
