    旅行が趣味で色々な旅館やホテルに泊まってきましたが、こちらは高級なホテルには程遠いものでした。海外の方向けのホテルです。実際海外の人だらけでした。広大庭園や部屋から見える富士山は本当に素晴らしかったです。ただお料理はありきたりで何の特徴もなく何処にもお金がかかってる感じがしませんでした。(お肉は美味しかったです)特に朝食はビジネスホテルレベル。1番酷かったのは部屋の掃除です。トイレの掃除が充分にされていなかったので、汚れがそのまま残っており、再度掃除をお願いしたのですが、食事中に掃除に来られたのか、その後に確認もなく、チェックアウトの際にお詫びの言葉もありませんでした。従業員の人達も笑顔で接客して下さってましたが、終始バタバタされていて、平日でしたが夕食時に待たされる時間が長く、人が足りてない印象でした。同じ様な意見を書かれてる人がいらっしゃいましたが、改善されている印象もなく、ただのクレーマーだと思われているのでしょうか？このようなコメントを書いたことがなかったので、上手く伝わっているか不安ですが、ホテルの雰囲気に見合ったサービスを提供していただきたかったです。設備投資は凄いと思いましたが、その分客に反映していない印象。ミスをカバーする対応が有れば...決して安い旅行では無かった分非常に残念でした。

    お天気が悪く、富士山は見えませんでしたが サービスやお部屋もとても良かったです！

    素敵なホテルでした 1歳、3歳、6歳つれて 夏休み旅行！ ★太鼓ショーに感動！！！ ★晩御飯、本当に見た目も味も 提供タイミングも 大満足でした。 器や盛り付け、 レストランもまたオシャレで… 滞在中のスケジュールざっくり ↓↓ チェックインより 少し早めに着いて プール遊び（夏季限定） 庭園で川を眺めながら 抹茶をたしなむ。 お風呂に入って 晩御飯に舌鼓。 夜は夏祭り会場にいき 射的、くじ引き、ボールすくい など（一回500円でした。 ここで5000円使っちゃいました笑） 楽しんだあとは 圧巻の 太鼓ショー！ その後 お子様への 花火プレゼント でみんなでホテルの前で 手持ち花火♪ 次の日は チェックアウト後も プールでお昼くらいまで 滞在。 大満足な滞在時間でした^ ^
