Echigo Yuzawa Onsen Shosenkaku Kagetsu

雪深い湯沢の地へ期待を込めて行きました。到着するなり車から荷物の卸しも途中なのに執拗に車の鍵を貸せと急かされました。これもアットホームを売りにしている宿ならではの接客なのでしょうか。宿に入ってすぐにおかえりなさい？な挨拶を受けぬるい緑茶でのどを潤しチェックインその後も色々と？？？な所はありましたがご飯は美味しくお風呂は古く日頃の疲れが残雪のままの宿でした

We went there in Dec 2024 and stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is near to the Yuzawa station, so you can easily walk to there. The hotel is spotless and lovely. The hotel staff is extremely attentive and friendly. When we arrived to the hotel, they cleaned our suitcases and gave us a welcoming tea and snacks. We booked the Modern room for a family of 4. It was so spacious. The breakfast was traditional Japanese food. Dinner was fantastic, mixture of sashimi and other meat with 6 or 8 courses, we were all so full afterwards. The onsen was lovely. They have a shuttle bus to take you to the station, otherwise you can always take the public shuttle bus right outside the hotel to go to various snow resorts. When we left, we accidently left our keys in the security box. The hotel helped us to post our keys back to our country. The service here is top notch. We will definitely come back again.

ほがからで丁寧なおもてなしのおかげで、素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました！ お料理も地元の特産品をふんだんにアレンジしており、大変美味しかったです。 お風呂も広く、のんびりとつかることができて癒されました。 また新米の季節に訪れたいです！ スタッフの皆さんの元気に活力を頂きました。 素敵なひとときをありがとうございました！！
