Guests can enjoy our open-air bath which is filled with hot water from Ikaho-onsen's renowned spring, 'Ogon-no-yu'. For meals, we offer seasonal 'Kaiseki' cuisine cooked by our chief cook who trained in the Japanese restaurant 'Fukudaya' ( a famous Japanese restaurant selected by Michelin Guide Tokyo 2010 ). Our 'Kaiseki' cuisine is cooked with vegetables specially produced by farmers just for this hotel as well as fresh eggs, delicious locally bred beef and river fish.
