Our main concern is to constantly provide our guests with meals exclusively cooked from fresh and local ingredients from Shiretoko, such as locally caught seasonal seafood. We cook our meals simply but generously, because we want our guests to enjoy the authentic taste of the ingredients themselves. Here you can also enjoy a pleasant soak in our open-air bath filled with natural hot spring water, which will relax your body and free your mind, while enjoying the beautiful views of Shiretoko's nature.
