It is a little far from the downtown area and takes 16 minutes by car. One room in an apartment near Kumamoto Prefectural Office, Suizenji Park, and Kumamoto Zoological and Botanical Gardens. The floor plan is 2LDK (12 tatami Western-style room + LDK 10 tatami mats). The bed room has 2 semi-double beds. The living room has 1 double-sized soft bed and 2 sets of futons. Wi -Fi and a parking lot for one car can be used free of charge. There are supermarkets (sanribs), restrans (joifuru, etc.), and super public baths (batten-no-yu) within walking distance.
